Although hopes have been expressed that we may soon see the end of the present temporary arrangements for Holy Communion, I suspect that, given the normal increase in seasonal flu at this time of the year and the difficulty of distinguishing clinically between that and swine flu, the end may be some way off. Nobody is going to want to be remembered as the one who said it was all over shortly before a sudden upsurge in cases. Who doesn’t remember Michael Fish?!
So we need to continue the one Minister rota for the 6.00pm Mass and I suggest the following for October and November:
