This training should be completed by all staff involved in the delivery of projects. The training will explain the core purposes of the PPM within our business. By completing this training you will understand how the PPM is laid out and how it should be used. The training will explain how you navigate the various parts of the PPM, highlighting some of the key changes made with the new version of the map, including how we hope to create a clearer link with the internal audit process and making it easier for PMs to demonstrate compliance.
