I'm confused about my expected delivery I hope you can help. My package was scheduled to be delivered by Monday. It's Thursday and I still haven't received it. I just spoke to my son and he said that with collect+ I'm meant to collect it. If that's the case, I didn't know but neither was I informed. The tracking details I've just checked don't help with this either. It says despatched from Hayes depot at 17.05 yesterday. that doesn't give me any indication of when I can receive it

Thank you for your patience Francesco , whilst I was looking into that for you. According to my checks on my system I do see the expected delivery date that we had for the parcel was the 15th of April. However due to the COVID19 pandemic some of our depots are experiencing some delays in delivering parcels.The parcel was scanned this afternoon at our sorting hub and it is en route. It should be out for delivery with in the next 24 hours.

Thanks for your help Unathi. The package was needed urgently and it's currently delaying a whole project that I'm involved in so I hope it arrives soon

Please keep on tracking the parcel on the CollectPlus website for any updates. As soon as it is loaded onto a van and out for delivery the tracking information will update.
